FEE COVERS:
Participation in 3-day event - participation in meritorical program and as well in all cultural events
accompanying forum, coffee breaks, lunches during meritorical program ( 04-05.11. ), covers as well set of conference materials.
Fee does not include transportation and accomodation. There is a possibility
of using
a special Roadshow booking rates on some hotels in Gdańsk for forum participants.

Confirmations:
Once your conference registration has been processed you will immediately receive
an e-mail confirmation receipt and proforma invoice.
Please, make a payment arrangements within 7 days of proforma invoice date but no later than 7 days before the conference date.
A VAT invoice will be issued within 7 days from the date of the receipt of the payment.
Cancellations/ Changes:
Cancellation of conference registrations must be received in writing, via e-mail at: conference@roadshowpolska.pl, info@roadshowpolska.pl,
More than 14 days before the conference start date - You will be refunded your 90% registration fee.
Up to 14 days before the conference start date - You will be refunded your 50% registration fee.
Less than 2 days before the conference start date - You will not receive a refund
No-shows (even if you will not participate in the conference) - You will not receive a refund.
