Invoice is automatically issued by the system and possible discount

The registration fee includes attendance at all sessions, refreshments,
lunch, drinks, reception drinks, evening cocktail and conference
documentation. The cost of transportation and hotel accommodation
is not included in the conference fee.

Confirmations:
Once your conference registration has been processed you will
immediately receive an e-mail confirmation receipt and proforma
invoice.
Please, make a payment arrangements within 7 days of proforma
invoice date but no later than 7 days before the conference
date.
A VAT invoice will be issued within 7 days from the date of
the receipt of the payment
Cancellations/ Changes:
Cancellation of conference registrations must be received in
writing, via e-mail at: info@roadshowpolska.pl;
conference@roadshowpolska.pl
More than 14 days before the conference start date - You will be refunded your 90% registration fee.
Up to 14 days before the conference start date - You will be refunded your 50% registration fee.
Less than 2 days before the conference start date - You will not receive a refund
No-shows (even if you will not participate in the conference)
- You will not receive a refund.
