Polska cordially invites you to the Three Cities, Three
Rivers - Investments, Market Opportunities and Challenges
Conference, which will be held on 29th January 2008 at the InterContinental
Hotel in Warsaw.
The
aim of the conference will be the presentation of investment
possibilities and plans of Polish cities. This event will be
an ideal opportunity to meet with Polish city authorities, companies
involved in the investments, as well as participants of the
EURO 2012 project.
Poland's strategic location in the heart of Europe is a prime
location for investments, what shows fast developing real estate
sector within last years. All the more so confirming the claim
that the Championships will be also a big injection of capital
in the development of the Polish economy.
The main topic of the conference will be the cities' potential
as well as investment plans. Panel discussions will include
topics on the possibilities of developing the most important
sectors of the real estate market as well as sources of financing
(roads, hotels, developing river wharfs in Polish cities, airports).
We will present means of financing these investments, including
PPP as the manner of carrying out investments.
The conference is aimed at companies and institutions that are
taking or plan to take an active part in the development and
modernisation of the Polish cities and these ones that would
like to actively engage / or have already engaged in the redevelopment
of Polish river wharfs.
We
expect the conference to be an excellent venue to exchange experiences
and make new contacts, which will prove useful in the realisation
of investment projects.
